These configurations are part of agent settings, and as such should be deployed just like any other agent setting... With a change settings task.
Just simply click on the calendar icon (Create a task) and select change settings. In the change settings window, you will have the option to select which settings you would like to deploy then click save. Then, just like any other task, drag and drop your mobile devices to the task and start it.
If you have troubles with this, the log to look at is the C:\Program Files\LANDesk\ManagementSuite\log\MDM.dll.log on the core server.
