    HOW TO CREATE SESSION VARIABLES

    WARRIOR Apprentice

We created an internal web service that need to search a business object using a value to filter the retrieved records.

We need to find a way to dynamically tell the web service which record to filter by. Similar environments would allow you to create a session object that holds values for the current user session, and such values can be consumed by the internal web service to perform the needed filter.

Does anyone know to pass values to an internal web service without having to perform a save action first?

          Update:

We already know about global variables. They will not work in this case as they only hold static values. Our goal is to have the user interaction dynamically assign values to the variable that will eventually be utilized by the web service to filter its search.
