    End User error "No reference to requested service (CI) on window, item cannot be added to cart."

      Hi all,

       

      I'm encountering an error "No reference to requested service (CI) on window, item cannot be added to cart." when trying to use "Add to Cart" button.

      Weirdly, this error seems to be affecting only End User. Other roles(analysts) have no problem when requesting a service item from service catalog.

      (end user request window, all the fields are the same like analysts window except for protection level settings)

      (the error appears after clicking "Add to Cart" button.)

       

      Kindly please help with this issue.
