Hi, We're an onprem user running 2017.2
In MyItems, you can search for the contents of an incident using the search function and it shows results based on the words in the content of the ticket. However you cannot search keywords for Service Requests, and the only information you can see from browsing are the generic descriptions/names of the Parameters.
Is there a way to include the contents the users enter into the parameter to be searchable from the MyItems?
