So that's not something that Rollout Projects can help with.
However, if you either have some existing process management tool, or something like the RES Automation piece, then it's a pretty simple "poke the database occasionally with a query" ... and "if you find an unassigned vulnerability --> Send an e-mail to XYZ" type action.
That'd be the easiest & most automated way to do it, aside from "checking on occasion".
Failing that ... you could script something like the above in PowerShell or "language of choice", though I suspect E-mail integration would be a bit more annoying.
Thanks i thinked to powershell script but i wanted to be sure EPM not have an option.

Also you can use Xtraction for Alerts and some of the alerts that you can filter are "Patch and Compliance - new definitions were downloaded" and I just have a scorecard count that I can check daily but it would need so configuration to get the "Unassigned" attribute in Xtraction but can be possible.
