I would use DTS in LDDA and make a Calculate Rule and be sure to Model Attribute before you do and then new Destination Attribute to new Model Attribute as a int and then the RetValue="!Computer.Software.Add or Remove Programs.Program.version!" or something like that.
ok that seems to make sense, but it seems like i somehow need to specify that i only want to convert a specific attribute for example Add remove programs.program.name = Office 2016 and .version=16.xxx
Try something like this:
First Model new INT Attribute (I.e. - Computer.Software.Add or Remove Programs.Program.Simple Version)
Then create rule
Destination Attribute: Computer.Software.Add or Remove Programs.Program.Simple Version
if "!Computer.Software.Add or Remove Programs.Program.Name!" = "Office 2016" then
RetValue = "16"
