    How to consolidate all tasks together and assign to one group?

      Hi,

      I have a workflow with several tasks which goes to one group.  I would like to consolidate all tasks together and assign to one group.

      Attached the screenshot.   I want to create one task for one group for Desktop, monitors, Dock station etc when the user selects the checkbox.

      Any help is appreciated.
