    User received duplicated emails

      We got complain from user saying that they received duplicated emails as below screenshot.



      From the provided screenshot, I noticed a pattern of around 10 minutes gap between email and a total of 9 emails sent which matched our current setting for outbound email retry count and period.


      Is there any possibility that this might caused by system bug which it didn't flag successfully sent email as sent and causing it to keep sending the email again and again?


      Anyone encountered such case previously?
      Please advice.
