    Servic Level Management (SLA/SLT....)

      Wondering if there is a straight forward guide to setting up SLM as I am having a few issues and cannot get SLTs to link to the services/SLAs. I am not actually where to go from here so any help would be appreciated.




      Service A Communication services -  has 3 SLTs linked (Response, resolution, delivery) with their respective targets.


      Service B Desktop Services  - has 0 SLTs linked even though I can see these these setup under the service level targets and are set to "Enabled"
