    inbound email action settings

      We are having a problem when a new incident is created via a customer initiated e-mail.  We are not receiving the "success creation" notification from the Inbound E-mail Action Settings.

       

      We receive all the other Action Settings notifications except for this one.  Note this notification is suppossed to be sent to our help desk role.

       

      Any ideas?  Thanks
