    Cannot create a new customer in a incident in one role

      Hello prized wizards of Ivanti service manager,


      Some users have serveral roles and in 1 role  they cannot create a new customer in a incident, in other roles they can.

      Where can I give the rights to create new customers to that role?

      I was searching in roles but what option must I enable or must I look somewhere else?

          Hello Alex,

           

          I try to answer from the magic realms of ISM. Let's see

           

          Object Permissions is a good start. Go to the following setting and check if all the boxes are checked:

           

           

          Also check the following two in the object permissions of that role:

           

          That should usually do the trick. Also check the "Lifecycle" settings (far right column).
