    How to create a report / view for all incidents with more than 50% of the target resolution time

      Dear all

       

      I'm trying to figure out how to create a report / view, that shows me all incidents, that exceeded the defined resolution time by 50% and more.

      I only want to see incidents in status logged, active, waiting for customer and waiting for 3rd party.

       

      This to track the incidents before the target resolution time already breached.

       

      ps: We've already set the resolution threshold breach notifications (email), but I would like to visualize them in a report / view.
