    Removing all references to User Ratings and Feedback in Knowledge

      I want to remove all references to User Ratings and Feedback in Knowledge Center.  That includes the form, the list, etc...

       

      I would also like to remove the keywords from Knowledge Center List.

       

      How can we add/remove Collections to Knowledge Center Lists (by Roles).  For example if I want to add a new Collection, how can I add that to Self Service users.
