You should be able to go to Agent Configuration and highlight the agent and the in the toolbar select "Schedule Update to Agent settings" and deploy to a test few to verify it updates the Real-Time settings then set it update the rest. You can create a query for that feature not enabled and deploy to the rest as well, just a thought as well.
thank you very much for your answer. I did the schedule update agent but nothing change to the client. I have also redeployed all agent and in this way works. What i miss?
