    Importing old tickets from a different system onto Ivanti/Landesk Service Desk (most importantly - file attachments)

      Hi Everyone,


      We want to try importing all the older tickets from an older system onto Landesk/Ivanti Service Desk. What I would like to know is it possible to import the attachments as well. Some of the tickets have multiple attachments and I don't know if they will all be imported properly. The older ticketing system has all the attachments stored at a remote server. Does the Landesk/Ivanti Service Desk store all the attachments in the database instead of a remote url/local?


      Any suggestions are always appreciated!
