So I have an admin account on my domain that the password changes every 24 hours. When I installed Ivanti 2018.3 I utilized my admin credentials and now Ivanti and my Ivanti DB server keeps locking out my account. I have checked services in the Console and changed to a service account but I am still getting locked out. Any other places I need to check or look at?
A few places I can think to check that you enter credentials for is your "preferred server" settings, your "public variables" in OS Provisioning, and if you connect to LDAP you enter credentials for that too.
I tried checking all of those things and they are not factors as this is a dev system and provisioning is not setup and no preferred servers are setup either. Where can I see how it connects to LDAP? Also, my DB server is locking the account out, where can I change that?

This may help you with hunting down the various places where accounts are used / can get locked out from -- Issue: User accounts getting locked out in the Ivanti End-Point Manager / LANDesk Management Suite .
Connection to LDAP is in a few places, such as the IDENTITY of your COM-objects, and/or here (for example) where you define how you connect to an AD source.
Work through the article ... that helps.
Connection to the DB is configured in "CONFIGURE SERVICES" ... you can either run the tool by itself or call it from the Core's Console...
