Our access request uses a template with the user_access pdf form attached. Template from Request Management is 'New User Setup - Non Physician/NP/PA'. Template seems fine and saves attachment no problem. When an end_user create a new ticket and tries to download the pdf file nothing happens. File cannot be opened or saved. File is only 5KB. When trying to 'save as' the default name is object?key=b88065c0-b143-4390-a306-a7fb672fa404&class_name=RequestManagement_Request&attribute=_AttachDocument&attachment_guid=63f1192c-ef20-413b-83cf-fb5ea5524849 if that helps. No error is received.
