    Customer name in task

      When creating a new task within the business objects, I've noticed that the customer name only pulls through for Incident Tasks.


      It however, doesn't for Change or Service Request tasks.


      Which makes my search look like:



      I'm not able to find the rule/trigger that updates the Customer name when a new task is created, does anyone know where this is and if so can you please advise?
