    Where are Related Action Queries Stored?

      Hey ServiceDesk Pals,


      I'm on ServiceDesk 2017.3. Where do you find the queries that are being pulled when you perform an action like "Add Problem" or "Add Incident"?

          Pitmac1 Those queries are the “Default Queries” for the Business Objects concerned.


          So for example “Add Incident”. Open Object Designer and the “Problem“ object and check the default query property to give you the name of the query set, then edit that query in QueryTool (Query & Report Designer). If the default query property is blank then the “Add Problem” query is a default layout; in that case create the query first and then pick that query as the default query for the object (“Problem” in this example).


          Note the default query also sets the tab layout.


          You can have query prompts in these queries too but they are ignored for the tab query views.
