    Inbound Email CC: email creating additional contacts




      We are utilising the CC functionality for outbound email, enabling us to add contacts to an incident. We are about to start using inbound email management, is there anyway that instead of the system reading the from address and just raising the incident against them, that it recognises the CC addresses within the email and add them automatically as CC additional contacts in the Incident?
