Hi Maggie,
if HR have a different role you can make certain fields in a service request only visible to those roles.
You still have to make then visible to self service or Mobile self service so the user can fill them in.

Thank you so much. I used this in the expression of the field that I want to hide and it works the way I expected:
CurrentUserInTeam("teamName") || CurrentUserRole() == "SelfService"
