I have followed the two below threads to setup the Resolve Call on Last Task closure method:
and it works perfectly. The question I have is we require the Service Desk Analyst role to have an extra option when selecting No to create a new Task.
Is there a way that when they select No you can get an option to create either a new Task or a new External Task as sometimes they have to create tasks for external Vendors.
