    Error Code 900 When scanning patch groups

      Hi guys,


      So i have this strange issue :

      Ivanti Patch for Windows® Servers Standard 9.3.0 Build 4510



      On this specific patch console i am running multiple clients. All of them are scannable and running fine except one.


      On that customer i can.t perform scans on patch groups, i get the error code 900.

      If i scan individual machines from those patch groups, everything works fine, if i scan the entire patch group (30 servers), it does not work.

      If i try test existence credentials on the entire group, i get a green status.


      Opened a support case, tried everything, re added credentials, recreated patch groups, tested on a new database, edited patch scan templates etc etc. Nothing works.


      The last input from support was to update Adobe Flash on the clients, but i don.t have adobe flash on the clients.


      I am super stuck, have to patch in a few days, have to do patch reports etc etc


      Forgot to mention, server clients are mixed : 2008/2012/2016 .


      Any help is appreciated.
