Having sysprep issues when trying to HII.

Can't seem to figure out the problem here. Basically when I sysprep the image (Using GUI, minisetup, Detect non plugnplay HW, reseal) It completely ignores the Productkey entry in sysprep.inf. I have found multiple resources on the internet that describe the exact same problem But none have a solution. They all end prematurely or never go past the first post. So far I have discontinued using nlite for the build, done a ground up build using the original CD media, tried many diffrent sysprep configurations and options and used very harsh language. None seem to work, well the language helped a little.

Build machine is off a Dell OptiPlex GX150

Sysprep is off of the SP3 disc

Windows version is XP Pro SP3 with all updates up to Monday (8-10) on it.

      Using ImageX as my imager

Deploying via Provisioning in LDMS 8.8 SP3

      Sysprep originally built via setupmgr

      Sysprep is as follows:

      ;SetupMgrTag

When I sysprep and let the machine progress all is good until the product key, if I provision the image (Utilizing the HII 9.1 doc) I get stopped at the EULA.

Basically this is my last hurtle in getting HII to work. I have sucsessfully imaged to a Optiplex 755 but the product key issue is flat eating my brain.
