There is a document that is included with the 7.3 files. It is called DesktopManager.pdf. In the document there is a section that talks about modifying the windows to show desktop management menus. That's the section you're looking for.
I am using SD 7.2.3 and LDMS 8.7 sp6, sry should have said.
The documentation for Desktop Manager should is still there in 7.2.3 and really hasn't changed much anyway. If you don't have your Documentation folder (about 25 or so PDF files) contact your support provider and ask for it for your version.
Good-day to you.
Would like to check with you. Upon setting up the desktop integration with Windows SCCM2007 in LDSD 7.4, does that mean i can perform remote control to the particular devices (eg: laptop/server/workstation)? Can i achieve this even though LDMS agent is not deploy on the mentioned devices?
If you are using SCCM 2007 then you use the remote control features in that product through DTM. From memory SCCM uses the standard Remote Desktop (RDP) remote control. So no need to worry about LDMS and agents etc as ot used for this.
