I created a query with the incident reference number prompted as a criteria. The query works correctly via console and appears on the mobile device. When a technician enters a reference number on the mobile device all incidents are listed. It appears the mobile portal ignores the criteria.
How can I allow the technicians to quickly find incidents (given they will know the reference number) on their mobile devices?
The same question applies to config items (we want to use mobile devices for auditing).
