Problems with OS capture and deployment for PC with two S-ATA drives.

      The system (our customer):

Fujitsu-Siemens ESPRIMO P5916 with iiQ965 iAMT chipset and two S-ATA hard drives by Western Digital.

I try to capture OS with OS capture Script from OS Deployment tool. It does not work as usualy.

I have default capture script. Boot PC to PXE mode - it does start fine. I select capture from PXEBOOTMENU wait for 4-5 minutes (Ithink it is a sleep comant somewhere) and see imagew 2.0 starts and closes after 2 seconds with no result.

The system has two hard drives

Drive0 is attached to PORT S-ATA0 on the motherboard. This drive  have not any partitions. Empty drive - not used. It is /d:0 for imagew

Drive1 is attached to PORT S-ATA1 on the motherboard. This dirve has bootable partition with OS MS Windows XP sp3. It is /d:1 for imagew (or /d:[email protected])

If I start Imagew manualy it shows both drives and I can see drive and partition ID. I also use partman to see drive and partition info.

      Here some LOGs:

Yes I do select right drive  with /d:1 option for imagew. It does not work - imagew closes itself after 2 seconds.

Imagew options /plifnl, /pldis or any PHYLock does not help much.

Imagew option /D:[email protected] does not help at all, but with \this option I select partition to capture or deploy.

OK, But, it works if I start imagew with all same options manualy. I open new ms-dos prompt and type the command manualy and it works fine for deploy and capture. I take the same command from OS Capture or Deploy script. NO problems!

I tryed to use this computer with single drive attached to S-ATA0 port and Capture or Deploy wortks (automaticaly from LD schelduler)

I tryed to to change S-ATA ports for drives (empty driveto s-ata1 and bootble drive to s-ata0) and it works automaticaly with no problems.

So. what is wrong? Why it works manualy and does not works from scheldeler? I use LDMS with SP3.
