    Realtime Protection is not enabled on some of our users

      Hey,

       

      For some reason some of our users don't have realtime protection enabled, if you try to enabled it will give you an error: Unrecognized failure:  (0x80004005)

       

      Reinstalling the client is not the way i would like to go i rather see a fix for this.

       

      i got 2 log files here that you would probably like to see.

       

      This is pritty urgent because this computer is probably infected and now suddenly the realtime protection is disabled.

      Edit 14:26 - Because of security reasons i have uninstalled a client and installed a new one which works fine at the moment-, though would you be so kind to look at the log and tell me whats going?
