I have enabled the ProcessApprover in our 7.3 test system. The link in the email that is generated works, but the OK and CANCEL buttons are grayed out at the bottom of the window. Only the SAVE button is available, so there is no way to navigate to another window inside the Portal.
This has always been the behaviour for Process Approver, the idea being that you are only accessing the ServicePortal via that link for a specific purpose on a single record.
When someone follows a link to a specific record that has been emailed to them, how do they get back to the Portal? I imagine there are several answers to this, and I am hoping to hear how others are using this feature.
