    LANDesk Servicedesk locks the database when saving queries




      Can anyone explain this behavior?


      When I save a query tah database gets locked during the time LANDesk Servicedesk saves the columns concerning the query. Why is that?


      The result is that other user get a blank screnn during the time. And if the time is long users get timeout error codes...



      How can we workaround this behavior ?
