If you use run from source you don't need to worry about adding "additional files"
Just Pont the primary file to the MSI
You don't need to add any silent command lines, this is handled by the Delivery Method
However the issues you are experiencing may point to another problem. Can you run an executable such as .net framework 3.5 from source?

Do you mean that i test to install a .net framework installer from the core server ?
Yeah, just install any exe from your package share, using a run from source delivey method.
Its just to test if the run from source issue is global or not
Yep, i tried to install Gimp which i know works perfectly (the pckages has been installed many times, it is a commandline from the executable) and i got the message "Run from source is only available for UNC path, this package is not hosted on a UNC path.
That is indeed maybe the issue. What can i do to fix it ?
EDIT : I just changes the path of the package to a path \\server\share

Also configure your file server as a preferred server (if you haven't already) so that the credentials in that configuration allow the agent to access the UNC share.
Thanks to all of you for your answers.
I have tested with 4 MSI packages and it works perfectly. The install is so fast, really amazing.
Issue is solved
