You can get at all of this sort of information by either looking in the Administration component or by making queries in the Query and Report Designer component.
You can look at the Administrators role and see who is a member of that role
You can find out how many users of a particular type you have by clicking the type folder then using the 'Search' action. Before you type anything in to filter by it will tell you how many records there are.
Query and Report Designer can be used to report on almost any object in the ServiceDesk database. The LDSD Desiginer manual and the 'Core' training course both give very good overviews of how to use this component and I'd recommend you read the manual or attend the course to get a clear idea of the reporting power it can give you. Specifically you would want to write queries on the User object from the System module with criteria that filter b the User Type relationship.
