If you're using SLM, then you can do product blocking by Active Directory grouping, which may give you what you're looking for. This feature is in 8.8 SP3 -- http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-3046
*However* - LANDesk blocks applications by COMPUTER not by user, so if you need to target by user, this won't help much.
Thank you for your answer.
I am using SLM but even if I create a rule to deny an application for a specific AD group, it will not do what I want.
Indeed, for example if I want to allow an application to only 5 computers in my active directory domain, how can I do ?
If I create an AD group with every computers of my domain except this 5 computers it will work at the beginning but what will happen when a new computer will be installed ? it will not be added automatically to the group and then the application will be allowed for this new computers :/
I hope this is a right example to understand my needs.
