Every month we are wanting to release stats that show which analysts resolved the most calls in that month.
I figured status would have to equal resolved then last update by :analyst name: but that doesn't work because once a call is resolved it is then closed but it could be closed by a different analyst so the last update analyst isn't always the analyst that resolved the call.
The last phase in the lifecycle is when a call is closed. I want to run a query from the resolved status which is before it is closed. The query will be resolved between dates.prompt user and by analyst.prompt user. This i can do but showing the date and analyst that put the call in resolved status isn't straight forward.
Can anyone help with this query?
