We had this problem with inbound mail too, until we made the DETAILS field into a HTML field (in object designer, process object)
If you get them at the start of the field, you can just delete them when you find them and that should fix any others in the field.
Sorry i replied late but i have the answer :
Touchpaper version 7.2.4R2
You think it's a problem with a version ? Do you know if all field have this "WrapText = True"... ?
Thanks to help me !
Nobody can help me ? Please ?
Do you think it s Touchpaper problem version ?
If this is the problem I think it is, it is resolved in 7.3. It is possible to workaround by deleting the first square and saving then all the square will be removed.
Thanks Calvin, but i use Mailmanager with the inbouding action. I can't change anything because it's automatic translation between the mail and touchpaper.
Once the ticket is in Touchpaper fields are blocked
I made it clear ?
Calvin means that once the Incident is logged you can delete the squares from the beginning of the field and the rest will go away too. If you have the effected fields as read-only then you won't be able to do this unfortunately. You may want to consider an upgrade to see if a later version of Service Desk alleviates this problem for you.
