I need to create a report that will display certain data of a call depending on its status and current assignment.
The stubling block I have, is that I need to create a prompt for the call ref number, I have created the report and all the fields show correct data if I select the "Browse Filed" in CR. When I run my report it prompts for the Incident GUID. the report was plagiarised from the Incident report within ITBM.
Does anyone have any pointers? I've attached the report I have created.
P.S. the reason I cant use the Incident report printout is that the new one will have extra text and comment fields (none data) and if added to the incident report would make it very messy.
