LANDesk's Instance of SQL 2005 Standard Licensing Question

    Apprentice

Our database administrator is going over our MS SQL licenses, and figuring out what databases we need to consolidate, upgrade, and where our licensing is at with all MS SQL versions.  We have a "sandbox" LANDesk server (in addition to our production LANDesk server).  We've installed the sandbox server with the default MS SQL 2005 Standard that comes with the LDMS installation media.  How does the licensing work with this database software?  Do we need a MS SQL 2005 license to run this legally?

      Thanks,

      Dan
