    Scheduled report for calls that have been open longer than a week




      I want to create a report that runs every day to log how many calls we have in our backlog. Ideally, I would like it to record how many open incidents we have that are older than 5 days (ideally within service hours) and still open.


      I have created a new query for the scheduled report to link to, with criteria "status.title is not equal to (resolved)" and "status.title is not equal to (closed)"


      I want to put a further criteria based on Creation Date and though I can put 'is less than' and select a date 5 days ago, this will only work for a one-off query. i.e. it will not work with my scheduled report. I want something like the 'is this week' or 'is within the previous' but not this week or not within the previous.


      Can anyone help. I'm sure there is a simple answer, but I don't know what it is.
