    Searching in WebDesk 7.3.2


      Followed the knowledge setup documents to enable searching however the search results dont always return the correct information, for example:


      We index "title" and when I pull up some tickets and search by title, the search results return nothing.



      Any help is appreciated

          I figured it out, there is a line in the tps.config file in the webdesk folder that needs to be removed, well at least in my case:


          <add key="KnowledgeSearchEngine" value="Verity, Lucene" />



          Also changes the following key:


          <add key="FreeTextSearchIndexPath" value="C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Touchpaper\Touchpaper.Framework.Web\" />
