    Query Sort Order Different in Service Portal than in Service Desk

      I have a query which sorts properly (by incident ID #) in Service Desk, but does not sort in the same way in the Service Portal. Also, I set a field to not show in the results of the query - it works in the Service Desk, but not in the Service Portal query.  I've looked through the discussion board but haven't found anything yet. Any info will be appreciated.
