From what I have seen if you run a cacls "c:\program files\LANDesk\Shared Files\broker" /g "Authenticated Users":C /E /T it should solve this problem nicely.
Are you sure it's gone without admin rights? In other words, can the clients not communicate when not logged in as an admin?
Brokerconfig seems to show bogus data unless it's run as administrator, so that may be what you're seeing.
thanks for your hint. we found the broker directory in "c:\program files\LANDesk\Shared Files\cbaroot\broker" and after changing the permission it works fine! thank you...
