RunScript: Script does not exist (was null) for client

I cannot figure out why I cannot get one of my laptops to image.  After further investigation, it does not create a log file when launching the imaging process.  I get the infamous blank screen and nothing happens. I looked at the CoreWebServices.log file and it says:

RunScript: Script does not exist (was null) for client .....

The script does exist - was able to locate it on the core.  Any reason why it states the script doesn't exist when it does?  I am baffled.  I have tried creating the image and script several times and it continues to error.  I have no problems with imaging other models.
