    Problems with Reminders




      We implemented a new Change Process 3 months ago which included reminders for Customers at various stages of the process and also Reminders for Analysts whenever one of their calls had been updated (Notify Assignee)


      The Reminders were working initially but have now completely stopped. Assignments are still working in this and also Notify Assignee/Originator function works fine in Incident Process


      I've checked that the User/Analyst records are set to Notification Method is External and have performed an is reset.


      I've included snapshots of the Change Process (in part) and also one of the Reminders in Change that no longer works.


      Any ideas?
