      Hello all


      I have 3 reference lists that have a filter restricting the options for the subsequent reference lists.  (I know this is what categories are for, however I want them to be like the classic Helpdesk system).  The filters are working fine, however if nothing is entered on the first reference list, I want the second dropdown list to be empty forcing the support analyst to enter a value in the first reference list.  Anyone know how to achieve this?

          Sorted.  Created another filter that returns no values and place a condition that only runs if there is a value in the reference list before.... hope this makes sense!
