when we had ITBM installed the consultant was able to assign a suggested SLA per category, so our analysts never ahve to select a SLA, only a Category.
We now need to add new Categories and change some sla per category, but i cannot find where to make this link.
Under adminitration you have the categories, which we can create with ease, and Service level Managemenge, but i cannot see where teh link is.
On the window for Category we ahve a suggested User group, but thats it.
If anyone could point me in the right direction i would grweatly appricaite it.
